Everybody Wants Extra Fresh Milk- Try it in a Glass Bottle from the Milk Man

If you’re going to buy milk, but milk that is as fresh as it gets. Milk needs urgent refrigeration, and when you buy milk in a plastic bottle, it gets tricky keeping the just purchased milk fresh for as long as possible. Milk is known to spoil very quickly, if it is not stored properly or used in time. Recently, I bought a bottle of plastic bottled milk from a grocery store that went sour the day after I had purchased it. As I was getting ready to make a pasta casserole on a Friday night, I noticed the milk curdled, and, to my dismay, I wanted to know how a carton of milk I just bought the day before could go bad so quickly.

I still wondered… What ruined the milk that was meant to be an ingredient for my pasta bake? Was it sitting in the truck in heat for too long? Did the ever-fluctuating October weather from warm to chilly give the temperature a hand in ruining the quality of milk? I had to find out. I also wanted to find out how to prevent this from happening. Then, I thought about glass bottled milk as an alternative and perhaps a solution to the “milk going bad too quick” problem.

To spend an enormous amount of money on groceries to feed your family, only to have nature take a bad turn on them, is frustrating. You just want to provide and then, something out of your control happens. I’m not going to cry over spilled just yet- there was a lot of research for me to do on food storage, especially the storage of milk.

I began to research on Reddit to learn of other peoples’ stories of food storage and keeping new groceries extra fresh. People shared exactly the same thoughts as I had guessed about milk. Most assumed that it had not been stored correctly by the trucking and transportation team, causing a foul delivery. Furthermore, I dug a little deeper and found out how plastic and cardboard packaged milk spoils faster than glass bottled milk.

I began to think about glass bottled milk, and how I’ve read that it stays fresh for longer periods of time.

The key to longer shelf life in the glass bottle is the lack of exposure to multiplying bacteria, which affects plastic and cardboard more than glass. Plastic and cardboard are also more porous, thus allowing odors to form, creating off-flavors. The flavor of glass-stored milk is also richer and more balanced, giving people an enjoyable, farm fresh, pure taste. Ultimately, glass is more durable than plastic and cardboard.

Udderly Delicious Whole Milk is glass bottled tightly to perfection, for all of the preservation it needs to keep up with its rich taste and nutritional value. Of course, it wouldn’t be what it is without the nostalgia of the milkman delivering glass bottles of milk. This is a picture of nostalgia that brings back memories for many people, giving them a glimpse of simpler times. When people apply for a subscription, the milkman delivery becomes their way of getting milk.
